Mark your Calendars for Camp Heritage’s Family Outdoor Education Day. It will be held sometime in the fall at a date to be determined. Registration opens at 8:30 am with activities from 9:00 am to 3:00pm.

This event features hands on, fun, educational opportunities for the whole family. There will be demonstrations, exhibitors, archery, shooting ranges (including BB/Air Rifle!), and so much more! Lunch will be provided and best of all…ADMISSION IS FREE!!!

If you don’t have the ability to sign and scan before sending it back to us, don’t worry, you can sign your form at registration the morning of registration, just bring your pre-filled form with you to save time at registration.

Athens Fish & Game Club Members: We ask those who wish to help with this event to please contact anyone on the Camp Heritage Board. We will need help in the kitchen, registration, parking areas and shooting stations. If you can help out anywhere, even for a couple of hours it would be much appreciated. We will be sending a flyer out to everyone to share with others as soon as it becomes available.

Camp Heritage, Inc. is located at 600 Robinette Ridge Rd., New Marshfield, Ohio 45766. The purpose of this organization is to promote the stewardship of our land, wildlife and outdoor heritage by providing education and guidance for the future generations. Camp Heritage was founded by George Foreman. Our Hunter Education Camp was started in 1999, using facilities at Lake Snowden.

Since that time, we have incorporated and become Camp Heritage, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization now located at its permanent site with a meeting facility and bathroom facilities. We have joined forces with Athens Fish & Game Club and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
